Hi, I’m Magdalena.

I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), in Vancouver, BC, with a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University.

Throughout therapy, I maintain a sense of curiosity and provide a safe space, free of judgement, for clients.


my approach

While I mainly practice Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I cater my therapy to fit the needs of each individual, and I am always seeking consent and collaboration throughout counselling. I empower clients to overcome personal obstacles, and to improve their relationships with themselves and with others.

eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy

Research has shown that EMDR is extremely effective in helping to process and heal from trauma in a gentle, non-invasive manner. It is a very efficient form of therapy yielding quick results for clients.

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)

Cognitive behavioural therapy is a very effective form of therapy that can treat a range of concerns. It leads to significant improvement in functioning and wellbeing. According to research it can be as effective, or even more effective, than certain medications used in treatment.
